Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating moving services. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, preparing service proposals, overseeing the execution of client moves, and working closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless service. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the relocation process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools
  • Understanding of logistics and moving services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the moving or logistics industry is an advantage
