This role involves providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that inspection activities are conducted in accordance with international standards and regulations.

You will be responsible for managing a team of inspectors and technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

  • Technical Oversight & Compliance
    • Review and implement inspection methods, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Conduct risk assessments for complex or high-risk inspection jobs.
  • Personnel Qualification & Development
    • Ensure that all inspectors and technical staff meet qualification and competency criteria.
    • Design and implement training, refresher programs, and technical workshops.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Provide technical input for proposals, tenders, and business development activities.
    • Represent the company in client audits and technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance and oversight to inspection activities.
  2. Manage a team of inspectors and technicians.
  3. Interact with clients and stakeholders to provide technical input and support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of inspection procedures and international codes/standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop technical staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or Masters in Business Management.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in 3rd party inspection services, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or lead technical role.
