Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products by planning, executing, and managing tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases as per requirement.
  • Perform UI, ad-hoc, functionality, security, and performance testing.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing projects to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and team members to identify areas and methods to improve testing efficiency, expand coverage, and increase product reliability.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Preferred Skills:

  • Automation skills understanding using the latest tools, standards, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with API automation testing.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools like Acunetix and performance testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner, etc.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
