eCommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our eBay operations. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of sellers, optimizing product listings, and driving sales growth.

  • Design and implement efficient operational processes to streamline product listings, manage inventory levels, and remove underperforming items.
  • Monitor competitor activity closely and adjust our strategy to stay ahead.
  • Lead a team of eBay sellers, providing guidance on best practices, optimization techniques, and effective listing management.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, establishing clear goals and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and creativity to maintain top-rated status across all assigned stores.
  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in Amazon or eBay.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of eBay's ranking algorithms, Cassini, and Best Match principles.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A strong focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
