  • Develop strong cross-functional teams aligned with business needs;
  • Work closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy to deliver exceptional products;
  • Attract A-players to build High Performing Teams, continuously elevating engineering talent;
  • Own business KPIs as a conduit to the Product team and business functions;
