Develop a Next Generation SaaS Platform

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development effort of our innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform using cutting-edge technologies such as JAVA, PHP, and Flex.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coding Excellence: Write high-quality code that meets industry standards, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to develop rapid prototype concepts and gather feedback metrics.
  3. Leadership: Collaborate with leadership and product strategy teams to drive project success, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  4. Technical Guidance: Provide technical engineering advice and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the field.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of software engineering/architecture experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • SaaS platform development experience in Open Source Technologies, leveraging open-source frameworks and tools to build scalable and secure solutions.
  • Leadership experience; taking a project from start to finish, demonstrating effective project management and team leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of web frameworks, including React, Angular, and Vue.js.
  • Advanced JAVA and PHP programming skills, with experience in designing and implementing complex systems.
  • Familiarity with global industry best practices and trajectory with respect to technology, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
