Property Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to expand our property portfolio by engaging with landlords, agents, and property owners. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building strong relationships, negotiating company let agreements, and identifying potential opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company's services and build rapport.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Pitch the benefits of company let agreements and explain how they address the needs of landlords and property owners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, landlords, and property owners to turn initial cold calls into long-term collaborations.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings with agents, landlords, or owners.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements and other related documentation.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude to foster trust and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property acquisition, telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a natural ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet or exceed targets.
