Senior Graphics Designer Position Overview

Devsinc, a leading creative agency, is seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Graphics Designer to join our team. As a pivotal member of our creative team, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing our brand's visual identity through engaging graphics and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Create eye-catching layouts and designs that effectively communicate brand messages and campaigns.
  • Design branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  • Ensure consistency in designs across all channels by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, integrating them into your work when applicable.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve designs and reach project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Possess 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Have a strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Be able to adapt design styles to fit various branding needs and project requirements.
  • Excel in communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team.
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity.
  • Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS) is an asset.
