Environmental Scientist

The Assistant Professor position in Environmental Sciences involves teaching and curriculum development, research, mentoring and advising, grant writing and fundraising, publishing and dissemination, and service and collaboration.

• Teaching and Curriculum Development: Design and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses related to environmental sciences, focusing on laboratory-based learning. Topics may include environmental chemistry, ecology, microbiology, pollution monitoring, and environmental analysis techniques.

• Mentoring and Advising: Guiding and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students in their academic and research pursuits is a key aspect.
