Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Business Intelligence Specialist. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead the development of automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from numerous database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate business requirements for developing, data mapping and delivering reports/solutions to management
  • Develop dashboards and reports using visualizing tools such as MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI
  • Conduct data analysis using data visualization or statistical techniques
  • Beyond business and design skills, the role requires experience writing SQL, leveraging reporting and dashboard tools, creating ETL jobs, and expanding the data mart
  • Gain insights into customer behavior and market opportunities to maximize profit and optimize cost of operation
  • Strong SQL programming experience is mandatory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT or other relevant fields
  • At least 3+ year experience in BI (dashboard, database designing) and data analysis
  • Proficiency in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI or other visualizing tools and presentation tools
  • Experience in using Tableau is a must
  • Very strong experience in building intuitive visualizations using PowerBI & Tableau on top of structured/unstructured data
  • Ability to manipulate, integrate, analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
  • Excellent communication and written skills
