Process Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing process equipment, supervising the design process, and participating in studies like HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, and risk management.

  • Design and develop process equipment, including pressure vessels, shell & tube heat exchangers, storage tanks, separators, process skids packages, chemical injection skids, etc.
  • Supervise and oversee the design process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in studies like HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, and risk management to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop PFDs & P&IDs, instrument process datasheets (flow instruments, control valves & relief valves), equipment lists, line lists, tie-in & utility lists, and other technical documents.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have experience working on FEED and detailed design projects in the oil and gas industry, as well as knowledge of control valves, PRV/PSV sizing, pump and compressor hydraulic calculations, and line sizing.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, 6+ years of design experience, and proficiency in using modeling and simulation tools such as ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN EDR, FLARENET, FLARESIM, PIPESIM, and PIPENET.
