Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Buksh Group in Pakistan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Market Image of Buksh Motors by developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets.
This role involves improving the effectiveness of all customer service related activities across the region, ensuring effective administration supports the sales department, and updating systems by adding vehicles to stock and quoting and ordering vehicles that are sold.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong monitoring abilities, coordination, judgment, and decision-making ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long term.
- Ensure effective administration supports the sales department.
- Update systems by adding vehicles to stock and quoting and ordering vehicles that are sold.
- Achieve all deadlines as set by Sales Manager.
- Ensure all clerical tasks are carried out in accordance with dealership requirements.
- Ensure effective liaison with all members of the sales team to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Use computerized systems efficiently like VISTA, GDN etc. to obtain swift and accurate information.
