Key responsibilities include providing consultations on technical and non-technical challenges, documenting business processes, and offering support to other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine check-ups of client businesses
• Consult clients on technical and non-technical challenges
• Document business processes and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed
• Stay up-to-date on new technical updates and strategies in the e-commerce space
• Offer the best course of action for clients with estimated timelines for execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the e-commerce field
• Expertise in setting up stores, listings, and selling on various platforms
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning new tools, techniques, and strategies for improving work processes
• Ability to work autonomously with strong self-motivation and self-management skills
• Proficient in computer and technical skills
• Ability to analyze and improve company procedures
