Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify previous day's inventory closing records and ensure LPG levels are maintained.
  • Monitor stock receipts from Warehouse, check quality and production date, and distribute stock accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and monitor staff attendance.
  • Conduct briefing sessions, oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, and report technical issues to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment, and coordinate with HR for staff-related issues.
  • Ensure timely dispatching of all orders from the kitchen during shift hours.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate degree in a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Excel knowledge are must-haves. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
