The Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to negotiate prices and delivery times, while maintaining effective communication channels.
