Job Title

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead and elevate the regulatory function at our company.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of deep regulatory expertise and strong cross-functional influence particularly across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business leadership.

  1. Regulatory Strategy and Operations: Lead end-to-end regulatory strategy and operations across all product categories and markets.
  2. Product Registrations: Oversee registration, renewal, and variation submissions for local and global authorities.
  3. Dossier Management: Ensure all dossiers (local and international) are compliant, audit-ready, and continuously updated.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure regulatory readiness and alignment.
  5. Regulatory Audits and Inspections: Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and correspondence with authorities ensuring transparent and timely engagement.
  6. Internal Systems and Processes: Build and strengthen internal regulatory systems, SOPs, and document management tools.
  7. Regulatory Frameworks: Stay ahead of evolving local and international regulatory frameworks and lead internal adaptations.

You will bring a proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functionally across technical and commercial domains. Strong documentation, compliance, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience managing product lifecycles across both domestic and export markets is a plus.
