Job Title: Education Director

Job Overview:

This position oversees the entire academic leadership and management of schools and Principals within an area. Key objectives include enhancing student success rates, optimizing fee collection, and streamlining day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and Urdu. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet, etc.) and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include managing Principals to ensure overall improvement, supporting Principals through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary, and developing strategies for area-wide improvements.

This role also involves fostering relationships with community members, donors, and other stakeholders to promote education-related activities.
