Role Summary:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Consultant position will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with proven sales experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
About the Role:
- Promote and sell academic programs to students, parents, and educational partners.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and social media (emails excluded).
- Provide detailed information about courses, OSSD requirements, and admission support services.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and assist with documentation where required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the school's growth in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Proven sales experience in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and explain educational services clearly.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with a high margin per sale. Payments will be made quarterly in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The ideal candidate will be able to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the school's growth.
