Job Title: Order Booker

A key role in our sales team, responsible for efficiently managing and booking orders for PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Booking: Manage and book orders for 6 liters PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients, promoting the product in the local market.
  2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize effective sales approaches.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order booking and upselling strategies.
  5. Payment Collection: Collect payments from clients according to company policies.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management.
Requirements:
  1. At least 03 years of experience as an Order Booker in the FMCG industry, preferably in the bottled water sector.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with the local market and existing networks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Must have a valid driver's license and proficiency in driving.
