Company Overview:

We are a UAE-based corrugated carton manufacturing company expanding our sales team in Pakistan. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who will focus on generating sales through outbound calling in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UAE for carton sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on inquiries and send proposals to clients via email/WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales/calling.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and converting leads into sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in packaging/carton industry will be a plus.
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
