Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our tax services team, providing exceptional client support and driving business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality tax services.

You will work closely with clients across various industries, assisting them with financial digital processes, tax compliance, general accounting, credit control, and internal optimization projects.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or taxation, along with strong academic credentials.
  • MBA, Masters, or another related advanced degree, and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a large professional services company or similar environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Practical experience of regulatory topics including Prudential Reporting, Structural Reform, new accounting and compliance innovation, and/or Business audit skills.
