Senior Legal Advisor

The position of Senior Legal Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of legal risks and opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive view of risk across various businesses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Provide expert legal counsel on critical matters and projects, including participation in negotiations and contract drafting.

• Promote preventive law programs to minimize potential risks.

• Contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring legal alignment and risk management.

• Oversee the use of the Legal Assist platform for streamlined legal support.

• Lead the end-to-end process of contract creation, review, and compliance tracking.

• Design and deliver training sessions on key legal topics to enhance organizational legal literacy.

• Monitor and follow up on litigation matters, providing timely updates and strategic input.

Requirements:

• A strong academic foundation in legal principles and practice, preferably with an LLB from a recognized institution.

• 5-8 years of relevant organizational experience, particularly in contract management and legal advisory roles.

• Specialized knowledge in regulatory domains, including food laws, environmental laws, labor laws, and competition laws.
