Project Management Specialist

As a Project Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with project teams to manage and mentor them in a culturally diverse and innovative environment.

  • You will be responsible for achieving project goals and milestones, holding project meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of the project.
  • You will develop detailed project plans, identify the Work breakdown structure (WBS), and overall project timelines and resources utilization.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of waterfall or agile methodology to ensure that all relevant stages of the project life cycle are thoroughly completed.

Your experience will be used to help champion the cause of project management practices and develop colleagues through skills transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project management activities throughout all project phases
  • Maintain required project documentation at all times
  • Ensure all requirements are collected and appropriately represented within the project
  • Provide team members' performance assessment to management after closing each project
  • Conduct periodic reviews on project status with Project Team, Executive level management, and clients

You will proactively communicate status and summarize progress of project including schedule conflict, cost overrun, risk assessment, new issues, and change requests to project team and executive level management.

  • Ability to communicate with senior management and client-facing
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed company
