Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity to lead Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and maintain effective Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure the implementation of robust internal controls across all business processes.
  • To drive risk assessments and monitoring, identifying potential threats and opportunities for improvement.
  • To embed a risk culture within the organization through training, guidance, and business partnering.
  • To maintain and update risk registers, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • To work closely with departments to ensure strategic alignment of risk management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of total experience, with 5-6 years in Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Controls.
  • Certifications such as CA, CIA, ACCA, ACMA, or risk-related certifications are preferred.
