Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Data & Platform Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to challenges that matter — improving education quality for underserved communities at scale.

You will play a key role at the intersection of data, digital platforms, and automation. Your work will support efforts to use data more effectively, reduce manual work, and introduce smart, tech-enabled solutions. Responsibilities include cleaning data, designing dashboards, testing digital tools, and helping us work smarter to serve students and teachers better.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys logical and creative thinking, and is excited about how tools, systems, and AI technologies can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, transform, and analyze datasets using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Build intuitive dashboards to support decision-making, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Automate repetitive data collection and reporting tasks, increasing productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes with available technology, streamlining workflows and enhancing user experience.
Digital Platform Testing & QA
  • Translate user needs into clear stories and experience flows, ensuring seamless interactions between users and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute test cases for digital platforms, collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure platform reliability.
  • Consider how platforms fit into overall workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending relevant solutions.
Tech Curiosity & Continuous Improvement
  • Explore new tools, systems, and AI applications to improve team efficiency and insights, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, automation, or QA/testing.

Key Skills
  • Strong Excel skills for data cleaning and transformation.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Some exposure to scripting languages like Python, SQL, or Power Query is a plus.
  • Logical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
