Project Coordinator - E-commerce Expertise

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and leverage their e-commerce expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute project plans and track progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments through project timeline management.
  • Document project records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support contract management, service agreement review, and financial document processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
  • Manage daily operations of online marketplaces and platforms.
  • Work closely with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, document regulatory reviews, and ensure compliance across product life cycles.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university (preferred).
  • 1-1.5 years of experience in Project Management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
  • E-commerce expertise and digital business operation knowledge.
  • Contract handling, compliance workflow, and internal reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
