About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our efforts in Family Medicine education. As a Family Medicine Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs, training physicians, and conducting research. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement innovative education initiatives that meet the needs of our students and the broader healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver educational programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals;
  • Develop and maintain curriculum content, including syllabi, course materials, and assessment tools;
  • Mentor and coach junior faculty members and graduate students in teaching and research skills;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement research studies related to Family Medicine education;
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A structured postgraduate training program in Family Medicine from a reputable institution;
  • FCPS, MRCGP, American Boards or equivalent qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience;
  • Valid PMDC licensure;
  • Demonstrated expertise in education and research;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
