Student Guidance Professional

We are seeking an experienced guidance professional to provide expert advice and support to students navigating their educational journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through key educational milestones, offering expert guidance and assistance throughout.

This is a full-time role that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Counsel students on education options, assisting with application processes to ensure informed decision-making
  • Provide career guidance and offer excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with students and their families
  • Collaborate with students and their families to make informed decisions about education pathways and future careers
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling or Psychology, with a strong understanding of educational frameworks and best practices
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience in educational advisory or counselling roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
