Job Title: Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes and flows, including system dependencies and compliance requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in current processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policy guidelines.
  • Propose and support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Automate processes through developing and implementing systems (both backend platforms and apps).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all documented processes align with industry standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process changes impacting regulatory adherence, customer satisfaction, and business efficiency.
  • Train staff and stakeholders on newly implemented or improved processes.
  • Communicate process changes to all affected parties.
Reporting Responsibilities:
  • Provide documentation and updates on process improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate progress and insights to leadership or designated teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree + Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Team player.
