Job Title: Urdu Language Specialist

    As a seasoned Urdu language specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI. With the rapid evolution of large-scale language models, there is an urgent need for high-quality training data that accurately reflects the nuances of the Urdu language.

    The ideal candidate will possess expertise in linguistics, cultural context, and precision, enabling them to evaluate and refine Urdu text outputs. Your attention to detail and clear communication skills will be essential in providing expert feedback on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness to strengthen model performance.

    Your typical day will involve reviewing and annotating Urdu content, assessing AI-generated outputs for accuracy and fluency, identifying and documenting error patterns, and collaborating with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

    To excel in this role, you will require fluency in Urdu, demonstrated experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related professional work, as well as experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation. Cultural knowledge and attention to detail are also essential.

    Key Responsibilities:
