Our team seeks a skilled professional to lead the development and optimization of comprehensive B2B lead funnels for recruitment and consulting services. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with our Norwegian sales team to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and manage end-to-end B2B lead generation funnels using AI-powered tools to create localized content for the Norwegian market.
  • Work in tandem with our Norwegian sales team to enhance funnel performance, focusing on traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine funnel efficiency to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Potentially lead and manage a small team of marketers and outreach specialists to further amplify marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Successful track record of building or managing high-performing lead generation funnels.
  • Fluent English communication skills and understanding of Western business culture.
