We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Pakistan. This role will support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts, working directly alongside company leadership to contribute to lead generation, outreach, process optimization, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales, Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists to support business development efforts
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn follow-ups to drive engagement
  • Proactively market high-quality candidates to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in key tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, Indeed, Apollo.io, Crelate CRM, PipeDrive CRM, and Google Sheets
  • Able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
