Marketing Executive Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maximizing profits by developing sales strategies that cater to customer requirements and promote products, services, or ideas.

  1. Brand Management: Oversee the company's image, brand, and market standing, ensuring a positive and consistent reputation.
  2. Biz Growth: Develop proactive action plans to drive growth through existing clients, identify new opportunities, and create targeted campaigns to engage potential customers.
  3. Market Intelligence: Identify target markets, conduct research, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Communication: Manage effective communication flow from the company to its target audience, devise strategies, and execute promotional campaigns.
  5. Campaign Planning: Consult with clients, team leads, and senior management to develop campaign requirements and objectives.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with senior management, team leads, suppliers, and staff to create and administer campaigns, and coordinate associated work.
  7. Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing strategies within agreed timescales and budgets.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Analyze, interpret, and present results to inform future marketing decisions.
  9. Idea Implementation: Deliver ideas and final products to senior management, team leads, and clients for review.
  10. Reporting: Compile and distribute financial and statistical information.
  11. Team Development: Continuously monitor and review processes and skills to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service to clients.

Qualification / Experience Required:

  1. Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role within a multinational corporation.
  2. Specialist Qualifications: Specialist postgraduate marketing qualifications are advantageous.

  2. Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
