Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage training calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics for all training events.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including budget management, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate and execute workshops, seminars, and conferences, promoting effective learning experiences.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, gathering feedback and implementing program improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Supervise event planning, venue logistics, and vendor coordination, ensuring successful execution of training events.
  • Lead marketing and promotional activities for training programs, increasing awareness and participation.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and organizational goals, maintaining high-quality training programs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in project management and event planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and learners.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
