Career Opportunity:

We seek an experienced Android developer with a strong foundation in Java and a passion for creating innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in developing scalable, high-quality Android apps.

As a seasoned Android developer, you will work collaboratively in an agile development environment to design, develop, and support mobile e-commerce applications. You will participate in the full development life cycle, from documentation and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build advanced Android applications using Java and relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs to enhance application functionality.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Java skills with experience in using Java 8 concepts.
  • Understanding of Kotlin and ability to migrate to it is a plus.
  • Grasp of MVVM and MVP design paradigms with ability to communicate practical applications with team members.
  • Strong understanding of SQLite and ORM-based adaptations.
  • Knowledge of Databinding's and Live Data.
  • Sound fundamental Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
  • Strong Unit and Integration test fundamentals.
