Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science principles, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services, and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, perform exploratory data analysis, and apply data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
  • Leverage and fine-tune LLMs and RAG systems to create innovative solutions and enhance model performance.
  • Utilize and integrate modern toolchains and frameworks to build and deploy machine learning models.
  • Manage and optimize machine learning workflows in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries, including NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG technologies.
  • A solid background in data science principles, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
  • Cloud Operations: Experience with cloud platforms and knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
