We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead corporate and distribution sales within the solar energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the sales process for solar and energy solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for corporate and distribution channels, focusing on solar projects.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target corporate clients, distributors, and partners for solar energy solutions, focusing on business growth and market expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Project Management: Oversee the sales process for solar projects, including product presentation, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving revenue through corporate and distribution sales.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in corporate and distribution sales, with a strong background in solar energy projects.
  • Solid understanding of solar energy solutions, distribution channels, and corporate sales dynamics.
  • Strong ability to drive sales processes, close deals, and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with high-level corporate clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and project challenges.
  • Ability to travel between locations as required for client meetings and business development activities.
