Accounting Associate Role

We are seeking an accounting associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will assist with various office administrative activities, including organizing and filing documents, answering phone calls, and providing support on projects and general tasks.

You will also be responsible for performing internal audits on financial activities as necessary, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with other financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Audits: Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office administrative activities, including organizing and filing documents.
  • Phone and Email Support: Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Project Support: Provide support on projects and general tasks.
