
Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience or strong interest in the medical billing and healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth for our medical billing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, physician offices, hospitals, and healthcare practices.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored medical billing and RCM solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition process for new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate documentation of interactions and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum [1–3] years of experience in sales or business development; experience in medical billing/RCM preferred.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and medical billing process is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable with using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with medical billing software or EMR/EHR platforms.
- Existing network of healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards.
