Job Summary:

We are seeking driven individuals to boost sales growth for events. They will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and outreach to identify potential sponsors and delegates.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and existing sponsors.
  • Pitch event opportunities to corporate clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support the development of sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the organization at events and meetings as needed.
  • Manage social media engagement efforts related to sponsorship.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
