Trainee Customs Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Customs. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting customs documentation for import shipments.

You will work closely with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely clearance of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Preparation and submission of customs documentation for import shipments.
  3. Compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
  4. Communication with clients as the primary point of contact.
  5. Collaboration with freight forwarders, carriers, customs officials, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  2. Fresh or prior internship experience in international customs operations.
  3. Familiarity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and procedures is a plus.
  4. Good communication and email writing skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

The shift timings are from 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM (Night Shift) and the working days are Monday to Friday.
