Sales Content Specialist

As a Sales Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating persuasive written content that resonates with global clients. Your primary goal will be to translate complex technical offerings into compelling sales language.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing and structuring sales proposals and RFP responses tailored to individual client needs.
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and shape a clear, benefits-driven message.
  3. Translating technical details of web development and design services into client-friendly content.
  4. Maintaining a reusable library of proposal content, case study snippets, company overviews, and service descriptions.
  5. Ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency across all proposal-related documents.
  6. Supporting the creation of other sales collateral such as introductory emails, LOIs, and project briefs when needed.

Requirements for Success:

  1. A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales or proposal copywriting, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or software services sector.
  2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft persuasive, professional business content.
  3. A strong understanding of B2B sales communication and client engagement.
  4. The ability to understand and reframe technical offerings into clear business benefits.
  5. Experience working with international clients or writing for diverse business audiences.
  6. Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  7. Familiarity with tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, or proposal management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Understanding of software development concepts, design principles, and digital service models is a plus.
  3. Previous experience working in or writing for a tech/IT services company is strongly preferred.
