
Sales Enablement Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Content Developer to join our team.
- This role involves creating high-impact, scalable training content for our sales teams.
- You will develop structured sales training materials, competitive battle cards, product playbooks, and objection-handling guides tailored for B2B SaaS sales teams.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and complex B2B buying cycles.
- Experience developing sales enablement content, training modules, and technical documentation for sales teams.
- Basic familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, LearnDash, Docebo, or Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, SCORM, Camtasia).
The successful candidate will be able to simplify technical product knowledge, compliance policies, and industry regulations into easy-to-digest training content.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules using Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or SCORM-compliant platforms.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications to track learning progress and ensure retention of critical product knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and compliance teams to align training materials with real-world customer use cases.
- Manage and optimize training content within the LMS, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous learning for new and existing sales reps.
- Monitor training engagement, completion rates, and effectiveness through analytics and sales performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and complex B2B buying cycles.
- Experience developing sales enablement content, training modules, and technical documentation for sales teams.
- Basic familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, LearnDash, Docebo, or Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, SCORM, Camtasia).
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance SaaS is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC.
