Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to create personas on LinkedIn, send connection requests and increase connections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for messaging decision-makers, following up with contacts and conducting warm-ups to encourage prospects to join calls. Key skills include proven track record in new business development and sales, good technical knowledge, confidence in closing sales and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create personas on LinkedIn targeting companies and decision-makers
  • Send connection requests and increase connections
  • Message decision-makers via LinkedIn to engage and pitch services
  • Follow up with contacts over LinkedIn if no response is received
  • Conduct warm-ups to encourage prospects to join calls

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Confidence in closing sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with ability to respond and work proactively under pressure
