To achieve high-impact sales success, we are seeking a skilled Takaful Telesales Professional to drive the sale of Shariah-compliant products to our diverse customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and outbound telesales calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable Takaful products (Auto, Health etc.)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and service quality benchmarks
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge and resolve complex customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive solutions and seamless handovers
  • Follow up on assigned leads with speed and accuracy to optimize conversion
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer profiles
  • Offer post-sales support and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Share insights with the team on customer trends and product improvements

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of telesales experience, preferably in Takaful, insurance, or fintech. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of Takaful concepts and insurance industry landscape.
