About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create high-quality, engaging content tailored for technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex technologies, especially software, AI, SaaS, and E-commerce, and can translate that knowledge into clear, compelling documentation, blogs, product guides, and marketing material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and manage technical content including blogs, case studies, product documentation, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather insights and translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Create SEO-optimized content for product pages and blogs that improves discoverability and engagement.
  • Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to develop thought leadership pieces.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow and help maintain the content style guide, tone, and branding across all channels.
  • Break down complex concepts into clear steps for tutorials, how-tos, or developer documentation.
  • Work closely with the design team to pair visual assets with written content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or in a related content creation role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience writing for B2B software, SaaS, or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of writing for multiple audiences including developers, business users, or customers.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, WordPress, Markdown, or CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of version control (Git), HTML/CSS, or API documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or SEO tools like ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies or experience working in a tech/startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, or developer tools.
