This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their HR experience, specifically within the operations area where they will gain experience, exposure, and knowledge across all areas of HR.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Rapid HR Operations Manager and other teams to ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Local Office Activities: Liaise with external authorities, manage employee documentation, and handle ad hoc local requirements.
  • Employee Benefits Management: Manage medical insurance enrollment/deletion and provide support to employees with insurance queries.
  • Talent Development Insights: Provide valuable insights to Talent Consultants and Talent Development via the HR Operations Manager.
  • Escalation Point: Liaise with Managed Services/HR and act as an escalation point for sensitive cases.
  • HR Matters Handling: Handle HR matters, escalating sensitive cases to the HR Operations Manager.
  • Terminations and Exits: Guide and manage involuntary separations, including terminations and dismissals, advising on exit packages and legal implications.
  • Performance Management Cases: Work with counselors on performance management cases and probation dismissals.
  • Counselor Coaching: Provide coaching to build counselor capability in performance management and talent development.
  • Operational Support: Ensure support for operational areas like PIPs and exits.
  • Employee Relations Cases: Support Employee Relations cases such as disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • New Joiner Inductions: Deliver induction sessions and WTEY for new joiners.
  • Daily Reporting: Update reports on attendance and flexible working requests daily.

Skill Requirements: Building strong stakeholder relationships, proactively suggesting process improvements, experience in Employee Relations, understanding of risk, knowledge of HR systems, and metrics reporting.

Preferred Qualifications: A passion for or current CIPD qualification, strong communication skills, clear articulation of processes, and being an enthusiastic, proactive team player.
