Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our YouTube channel, developing and implementing a comprehensive content programming strategy that aligns with both channel and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy: Develop high-quality video content and artwork that meets brand standards and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Optimization & SEO: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  3. Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  5. Competitive Strategy: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Staying Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  2. Advanced Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.
  3. Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into simple actionable growth strategies.
  4. Creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn.
  5. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.
  6. Proactive & Adaptable: Highly proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, lead under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.
