The Product Lead plays a pivotal role in the product lifecycle, driving growth and customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution. Effective planning is key to the success of any organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate product vision and roadmap with input from cross-functional teams
  • Break down product vision into epics, features, and user stories with clear definition of done
  • Prioritize epics, features, and user stories aligned with business goals and their impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide support to existing customers and new prospects
  • Work with engineering team to estimate story points or LOE using various methods
  • Maintain progress visibility and track team performance
  • Organize show n tell, perform reviews, and user acceptance testing of features developed by engineering team
  • Communicate new features and improvements to both business and technical audiences
  • Lead team of analysts by setting standards, processes, and procedures
  • Hire and mentor analysts
  • Contribute to and lead various scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
Required Skills:
  • Ability to understand product's business side
  • Excellent decision making, prioritizing, and negotiation skills
  • Good forecasting abilities
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication as well as comprehension
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and inspire at all levels
  • Previous experience as project manager or product owner
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and team working skills
  • Experience working in a team following agile methodology
