Product Development Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products. This includes developing marketing strategies, creating training manuals and promotional materials, conducting field visits, and handling queries from the field force and doctors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business plans and strategies to launch new products.
  • Create training materials and promotional content to support product launches.
  • Conduct field visits to assess product performance and gather feedback.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also develop business plans, select new products or molecules, source them, correspond with vendors, and prepare product registration documents.

To be eligible for this role, you should have an MBBS/B.Pharm degree with an MBA. Experience in cardiology is preferred.
